Professor David Theodore appointed next Director

“Congratulations to Professor David Theodore who has just been appointed as the next Director of the Peter Guo-hua Fu School of Architecture effective September 1, 2021.
A graduate of McGill University and Harvard University, Professor Theodore is an outstanding choice, with a solid record of accomplishments in research, teaching, and service. He joined the School as a faculty member in 2014, and two short years later was awarded a Canada Research Chair. Since that time he has gleaned additional awards for teaching (2020) and service (2019).
This year he has been in the news frequently for his role as co-curator of Canada’s contribution to the Venice Biennale, Impostor Cities. A big thank you to outgoing Director Professor Martin Bressani for his dedicated leadership to the School and Faculty of Engineering over the past six years.”
