This debate revolves around an assertion that is defended by Mr. Jared O. Blum (the « proposer ») and rebutted by Dr. David Wachsmuth (the « opposition »). The debate is moderated by Gonzalo Lizarralde, a professor in the School of architecture of Université de Montréal.
